...please do not reply on this thread as this is for information only and I won't be posting again until the next progress report. I last Thursday/ Friday instructed First Direct to process several refunds. Normally, these should have cleared by today/ tomorrow. However, as the requests are going through different depts in FD before being actioned, this is probably delaying things slightly. However, once people receive their refunds, please post to that effect on VRF so that others are reassured. I still have no direct access to my bank account. I am aware that there are several members who are in contact with my bank drectly, so they can try and confirm the status of the refunds mentioned above. Hopefully you will get more info than I can! For the rest of the refunds, I am getting togther the funds, but this will take a week to ten days, so bear with me. REGARDING THE THREAT TO MY LIFE - the thug who was hired by some buyers to threaten me was very stupid to leave a voicemail on my phone. The police seem to be a lot more interested in this (than refunds to watch collectors) and are working with Vodafone to trace the call and the people responsible. I will post again when I have more information.
