Damit ist jetzt klar, das dein Netzwerk funktioniert und es nicht an den Netzwerkeinstellungen liegt.

Installiere mal einen anderen Browser. Chrome, Firefox, Opera oder Safari und teste dann mal ob die funktionieren.

Und auf jeden Fall Symantec wieder runter. Das ist wirklich größer Müll.

Update: Auf der Symantec Seite gibt es evtl. eine Lösung für das Problem. Betrifft aber nur XP mit Service Pack 3 wenn das SP3 nach der Installation von Norton aufgespielt wurde.
