Hab da mal ne Rezeptfrage:
Ich hab noch eine ziemlich große Ente, die ich kommende Woche grillen möchte.
Bin noch auf der Suche nach einem guten Rub/Marinade. Habt ihr da ein paar Tipps für mich?

2 Tbs Dark Brown Sugar
2 tsp of garlic salt
2 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of black pepper
Optional – 1 tsp of cayenne pepper

Nutze ich für fast alles was Flügel hat.
