Entschädigung wegen Flugverspätung

Letzte Woche hatte mein Rückflug von Barcelona nach München mit Vueling knapp 6,5h delay. Ich hab mich gleich am Airport per offiziellem Formular und Durchschlag bei denen beschwert und eine Entschädigung laut EU-Fluggastverordnung gefordert. Bekommen hab ich nen 10,- Fluggutschein, der im Dezember abläuft.
Außerdem folgende Antwort:

In these cases our Passenger Compensation and Service Plan includes the following options whenever you decide not to wait for the delayed flight:


- A free change of date (if a similar price range is available) on delays of more than two hours.


- Reimbursement of the ticket on delays of more than five hours.


Furthermore, if this action does not create even more delay, food and refreshment vouchers are offered according to the delay time, complying with the Regulation 261/04 of the European Council.


Having complied with the European Regulations, we have to inform you that we cannot resolve your claim to your satisfaction by offering you additional compensation.

darauf habe ich geantwortet:

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,


as you state, these regulations apply only "whenever you decide not to wait for the delayed flight". We waited for the flight which was delayed by 6 hours and 25 minutes, therefore we are entitled a compensation of 250,- each according to 261/04.
If you fail to meet the requested compensation by July 31, we will take legal action.

Mein Plan, sollten die nicht mindestens 70% der uns zustehenden Summe freiwillig rausrücken, ist, die Angelegenheit anschließend an Flightright.de weiterzuleiten - eine Agentur, die derlei Ansprüche durchsetzt und dafür eine Provision einbehält. Hat jemand damit Erfahrungen oder eine bessere Idee?
