5960 Platinum or red gold ? (pics inside)

Which one do you prefer ?

If I would have the money I would take the 5960 R
The platinum one is ofcourse great too but the R gives me a 'warmer' feeling

I do prefer the platinum watch: the 5960 is too large to be a dress watch, so I´d go for the less dressy platinum look

Both are very nice watches ... But because it is a Chronograph I would prefer Platinum !

I am glad I do not have to make this decision

I'd prefer platinum, because this fits better the sportsy touch this watch has due to the Heuer-style pushers.

100% agree.
Apart from what Wum said, the subdial is too large to have such a strong contrast as in the platinum version.

Obwohl ich üblicherweise ein großer Freund von Rotgold bin, würde ich in diesem Fall die Platin-Variante bevorzugen - ich finde einfach, sie passt besser zu der Uhr. Dazu dann vielleicht eine rotgoldene Calatrava
