In the luxury industry prices are not calculated, they are positioned.....
A walk in customer does not know the retail prices of the last 20 years..... the view of a watch addicted is very different from the view of a normal customer.....
Only the sales output can judge about this.....
We´ll see.....

WAY too expensiveGuys, I don't know how you feel about them but I don't get it anymore.

I like ... LOVE Panerai but I'm getting mad when I see their pricelist.

Why do they need to screw their clients with their LE's ? I loved the titanium Radiomirs with Minerva movement but 18 K ???
Today we get the Egiziano ... pretty cool watch, very unique but why the hell do they have to ask 19.000 euro ?

This is way to expensive for what you get. It's a nice and good watch but when a titanium Panerai costs more than a gold Patek or Lange ... ????

Educate me, I don't understand it anymoreFor more pictures : Wristwatch pictures

Themenstarter ThemenstarterYou're right and we all know that those 300 pce will be sold within days. Probably they're spoken already

But still, I have a feeling that Panerai is exagerating. It's like the 32K AP Survivor.
You don't need to 'steal' from your clients. For more pictures : Wristwatch pictures

19.01.2009, 20:47 #4I totally agree with you. This just doesn't make any sense anymore and personally, I would never spend this kind of money even if I had it coming out of my ears. Just imagine what kind of really good watches you can get for that amount. Beste Grüße, Tobias

 I didn't say it's fun
