Bei der Siegerehrung live auf Eurosport sah man , wie die Sieger Rolex-Uhren bekamen - leider sah man nur die Boxen. Der Kommentator sagte, es handle sich um ein Sondermodell der Daytona mit rot unterlegten Totalisatoren. Weiß da jemand was drüber?
Rolex ist ja auch Partner dieses Rennens....

Ich habe ihm eine Mail geschickt. Bin gespannt, ob eine Antwort kommt.

"Dear Mr. McNish,

i am a member of the german rolex collector`s club. Congratulations to your great victory.
We saw on tv that there was a Rolex gift at the victory ceremony. We have two simple questions. What Rolex model has been given to you? Is there a special dial or engraving on the watch? In german televison they said it´s a daytona with red totalizers on the dial. We never heard of this watch before. In Daytona normally it´s a regular Daytona watch with an engraving on the back of the case.

Thank you so much for a short answer."
