Its not so hard to change a plexy, if you know what you're doing... I'm not sure how it works with a 5513, but if its simulair to a 1680... pull off the bezel, you will find a steel "ring" around the plexi wich should be removed (be careful not to crack your plexy!) and a rubber band (if I remember correct)... and just pull of the plexy: Voila!
Putting the new superdomed plexy on is doing things in reverse order...
But! I would advise you to go to a Rolex watchmaker, and not do it yourself unless you have the proper watchtools. He (she) has the tools, lubricant for the rubber ring and he will be able to do it "dust free". And, if you want to have a certain feeling of waterproofness he might be able to put it under pressure, to test it. Old ('NOS') plexy's are known to get old and "cracky" and therefore you should be careful... there's no guarantee that the watch is waterproof if you use old plexy's!
