I would not write this one off. In the end this is unacceptable and this guy is just begging for recourse. The UK is not out of this world and laws apply. And yes, they can be enforced across borders.

Heck - I mean if a simple parking ticket can be enforced all across the EU then this should b a field day for a lawyer in the UK.

Don't back down, don't bend over. Get the bugger.

Sorry to read that Ralle, when I first saw your post in VRF I thought it would be easily remedied, but that really sucks. :motz:

In any instance, pls post the name and address of that seller, so that the community is fully warned. If necessary in VRF, Facebook or so.

And needless to say: GET THE GUY!!! :bgdev::bgdev:

Oh my god, the Fake dial is made really well. You can see the minuscule difference only when you compare the authentic to the fake dial, and you have to take a very close look.

Ralle is the dial a complete fake, or just a bad relume?

The seller has a ton of feedback, is a watchdealer, so I would have felt comfortable with him and would not have felt any doubt buying from him. I am so sorry for you, Ralle. The worst is that the seller is stubborn and not willing to cooperate. Good luck. Hope you can find a resolution. The seller is stupid to threaten you in written.

surface is complete fake or redone, i didnt took out from watch because not important to see the backside.
i´ll give him time until wednesday to think about his attitude... ;)

Bad images do the trick i guess... looks ok at first glance.... only starts itching.. the feeling something is wrong looking at it.. and then when you see more detaisl... yep. Easy on this images.

Ralle, this dealer knew what he did! He wanted to betray! This is against the law in Britain as well as in Germany! And it means the loss of more than 5K for you! I would get a go with a good lawyer in case he does not make up his mind! And maybe we should keep an eye on his other sells... He seems to consider this a proper way of making money!
And thank you for the comparision of the two dials! I could not have told that the one in the watch is a fake without seeing the genui
