Netsky Virus auf dem PC

Hallo ich bräuchte mal Hilfe.Mein Schwiegerpapa bekommt nach dem hochfahren des Rechners nen Popoup mit dem Hinweis

zudem ist sein Desktop Grün mit dem Hinweis das der Rechner infiziert wäre. Er hat Antivir und Norten auf der Kiste und dennoch habe ich es heut nicht hinbekommen den Fehler zu beseitigen.

Kann mir villeicht jemand nen Tipp geben wie ich seinen Rechner wieder ans Laufen bekomme ? Laut google hilft wohl nur Format c , das würde ich allerdings gerne verhindern.
