Probier vielleicht ma folgendes
das hat bei mir geholfen...

1) From the main page of the App hit the “three lines” icon on the top-right to access the list view of your machine(s),
2) Locate your machine and swipe left (see picture attached “Home v2 -unpair machine”) and hit “unpair”
3) Set your Linea Micra in Bluetooth mode:
1. Switch your machine OFF,
2. Move the brewing paddle to the left-hand side,
3. Switch your machine ON (with the paddle still on the left),
4. Wait for at least five seconds then move the paddle back to the right. Keep it in this position for next steps.
5. Now your machine is in Bluetooth mode.
4) Access the Home app logging in with your account and look for machines available. You should find your machine, select it.
5) Pair your machine selecting the Wi-Fi network (UUID) you want to connect it to (has to be 2.4GHz) and make sure to enter the correct Wi-Fi password. If you don’t see your Wi-Fi network hit the red icon “scanning…” (To open the list view of the available Wi-Fi) right above the SSID field, on the right side.
6) Check that your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network chosen to connect your machine.
