Indeed be careful,.. as stated... the dial isn't from '66.
As far as i know it should be a giltdial or a mtr's first dial from that area.
That can be changed with service... who knows.

Also open the watch,.. check the movement, inside of the caseback (should state something around 66. and 5513 (or maybe 5512).

The watch will need a good service,.. and if everything is legal and original you have a great find.
Try to find a nice giltdial,... and hands and revited strap, and you will have an fantastic watch!
