Wonder if booklets like these are only used in the RSC in the US or do they also come with a watch serviced in Geneva oder Cologne?

I thought these booklets used to be included when you first bought the watch.I remember seeing them on many mostly Rolex U.S. pictures.
I cannot recall seeing one with a watch sold in Germany though.

That's what I was wondering...I'm not sure if they use the same booklet in other Rolex global markets with a different language translation, or not....
