Hi Rolex collector,

there is someone that want post some scan of a 1665 with a nice "superdome crystal".

I read that there is another crystal called "double glass" for 1665.
IT's true?

hi my friend,

no 'double glass' ever made ... just the one superdomed tropic 39 ... but what you
can see on some vintage is, that the plexy was polished a lot and so, it fits very
well with the bezel, no edge between and the plexy looks higher ...
