This is an incredibly cool looking 1680, the very first Rolex Submariner with a date complication.

The stand out feature is the mesmerizing patina on the hour markers and hands – the shade of yellow is totally stunning in the sun light!
The case of this watch remains in really great condition too with strong lugs and crown guards. The bezel insert that has stayed a rich black colour.

In the current market, a solid vintage Rolex Sub like this is a smart purchase and we are delighted to be able to offer such a super looking example. The solid link Oyster bracelet, 93150, is in excellent condition with a clasp stamped ‘VC’ and reference 580 endlinks. The automatic movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
