UPDATE

"Dear Mr. XXX,

Thank you for your message with pictures.

You are the lucky owner of a rare “AERONAUTIQUE NAVALE” military Type XX !

According our archives, the BREGUET Nr. 4426 is the 426/500 of the series of 500 delivered to the French Naval Air Arm on January 13, 1960.
Apparently, the watch have been used until 1980, it is why the hands have been repainted and the winding crown, originally olive-shaped, has been replaced by a regular one.
Our workshop at the headquarters is perfectly able to repair and refresh your watch.
Please contact our boutique in Duesseldorf (I copy them) and ask them to send the piece to our service center in Switzerland who will able to do an estimate of the service (it depends also of the movement condition)."
