ich habe letztes Jahr bei dem amerikanischen Auktionshaus Heritage eine 16760 ersteigert, dort war folgendes vermerkt:

It is the buyer's responsibility to determine whether there are any import restrictions and to comply with such restrictions.

Der Wecker wurde dann von einem Drittanbieter aus Kanada nach Deutschland versandt. Ich wäre da vorsichtig.
