A bit more about the movement :

"Originally designed for marine chronometers and deck watches in the 1950s, the pocket watch–size 5011 series is perhaps the most accurate series of movements the brand has ever produced, and some were entered into the last chronometer competitions in the 1960s"

"The 5011 movement received an award in by the Neuchatel Observatory for being the most accurate chronometer ever.'

- The movement used in this watch is this 5011K, it is old stock dating from the 1960's.
If you want to compare it with Panerai, think about the Panerai 21 with a vintage Rolex movement or the Panerai 203 with the vintage Angelus.
In this case it is ofcourse a vintage INHOUSE because Zenith was always a manufacture.
These 5011K are also very rare, you'll find MANY more vintage Rolex pocket watch movements or vintage Angelus 8 days movements

Some extra details (from the zenith site)
