A sad notice from me.....

I just was shown some responses on a Dutch Rolexforum.... which makes me feel sad.
Reading comments that I am not posting on the Dutch forum... and being sooo arrogant and all this Passion thing is just 'blowing my own d*ck'. Crazy. Funny how people judge about people or a group of people without ever spoken to them.. or being there.
I guess there is a good reason why i stopped posting on the Dutch forum. Where in the past almost every 2nd or 3rd post became a mud of bashing and disrespect for people. It might be that people feel the need to make others look bad... i guess that is more arrogance then i have ever encountered in any of the 5 Passion meetings.

I am so proud that we are able to get the special people together that are all but arrogant and completely relaxed, humble way of enjoying the meeting of other collecting, Rolex loving friends. Where else can you celebrate your madness then with a meeting with people with the same interest and intension.
In all normal situations people would call you crazy ...

I hope you all understand the true intensions of the meetings and post.
And i hope you enjoy your hobby the right way without all the bad-talking of people who not even have a clue of the deep fun, relation and passion people have in this hobby.

And Passion meeting has the magic to combine all kind of collectors. Soemtimes with a big collection and some with just 1-2 watches... but all have the same drive.

Sorry again we can't show the images of the fun and people... but we are also living in a BAD world and privacy and safety becomes more important every day. But also to protect people against the ignorance of some...

Sorry... had to let go of this frustration...

I love this forum for people are still being able to feel joy for others....

the meetings. I didnt meet anyone who I didnt feel comfortable with. Quite
the contrary!! Guys with collections that I can only dream about, were telling me
how glad they were to meet me at last (!) It was really the other way around. I was so humbled
to be part of it. Thank you both again!!

I am disappointed that some folk on the dutch forum see things
so enviously. I always thought you dutch were mellow, relaxed and with an
almost british humour :-))

Dont let it get you down bro'! Passion was unreal, even for those who couldnt
stay as long they would have liked to ;-)

Als Passion Newbie wusste ich nicht, was mich in Maastricht erwartet und war extrem positiv eingenommen von der offennen und freundlichen Athmosphäre. Viele Teilnehmer kannten sich seit Jahren, aber es wurde den Neuen gegenüber nie irgendwie ein Gefühl von "closed shop" oder sowas verbreitet. Jeder sprach mit jedem in aller Relaxtheit. Das war das eigentlich Tolle an dem ganzen Wochenende für mich. Fast noch mehr als die Uhren selbst.

Ich genieße diese Bilder immer sehr und erahne die Atmosphäre.
Alle sind entspannt, keiner will was böse, keine Angeber, keine Maulhelden, und tolle Uhren.
Da ist auch klar, warum manche zu dem Treffen eingeladen werden und manche nicht, mögen sie beim Konzi noch so viel Neuware raus schleppen.
