3,5K sounds a bit high for a 2007 ExII, unless it is LNIB. I'd go for either a more recent one with caliber 3186 or an earlier with tritium dial. 3,5K is pretty much what I paid for mine BNIB early 2008, and 2009. I might be wrong though, the markets differs slightly throughout the world.

Der Explorer II ist eine schöne Uhr, und für mich die aktuelle Version ist das beste, obwohl ich freue mich auf die neue Version.
