I'm VERY proud to announce my new project today: The Hillary Explorer...

After the enormous success of the Piccard Deepsea, the first series of specially customised Rolex watches dedicated to their heritage,

Last year November, at the auction of the last Piccard Deepsea Rolex organised by Christie’s Mr. Bacs for the Piccard Archive charity, I was already in contact with Sir Edmund Hillary’s son Peter to discuss our new exciting project.




During Bertrand Piccard’s lecture prior to the auction, he unexpectedly showed below picture of Piccard and Hillary together. That’s when it struck me.
After the tribute to Piccard’s dive to the deepest point in sea, I realised I should pursue my dream of creating a special edition dedicated to the climb to Everest, the highest point on earth........




From the bottom of the sea to the top of the world, Rolex has been there from the start of their sport evolution…
Today we start at Basecamp, a sneak preview of what is about to come....
So make sure you come back to climb with us to the top….
