Poll: Black or White Dial Daytona?

Alright, time to ask and answer the age old question that's been asked 1000 times, but never here on the R-L-X English Forum. :D

Given the choice, which version of the stainless Daytona would you take - white or black dial?

Definitive white! (116520 with engraved Rehaut prefered ;)).

I prefer black colored watch dials. That applies also to the Daytona. ;)

I've owned multiple examples of each version and the black dial has just never grabed me the way the white dial version has.

Don't get me wrong - the Daytona is a great watch no matter the dial color. But Rolex makes so many great black dial watches and relatively few white dial watches...even if I were split down the middle on which I prefered, I'd go white for this very reason.

Mike, you have a nice collection there, the white 6263 with red daytona looks the most beautiful in my eyes. That is my exit watch, one day, hopefully... and then I will never buy another Rolex... ;-) Cheers, Boris

Most of my watches have black dials, but I think the Daytona looks better with the white dial.

I m crazy about the black dial, it looks like a red sub but in chronograph

white is good for the box, but not for the wrist......

Zenith movement always white. :gut:

Rolex movement is black my first choice.

I guess we can declare that white is the winner, by a somewhat narrow margin. :D
