Very easy John:
Camerasettings: 1/30s / f3 / no flash
Put the camera on your arm while sitting in the office-chair. Focus of the cam is on the watch. Then start spinning arround with the chair. (try to ignore the comments of ppl in your office) When you are fast enough push the trigger.
