Da der Gefrierschrank rappelvoll mit Rehfleisch ist, gab´s heute wieder mal einen Rehrücken.

Für die Frau ein paar Medaillons rausgeschnitten, für mich den Rücken am Stück.

Dazu kleine Klöße, Blaukraut, Rosenkohl und (nicht auf dem Foto) Preiselbeeren.

Grandiose Soße aus jeder Menge Rehknochen, Gemüse und Rotwein und Rotwein und Rotwein...schön einreduziert...
