If you look at older PP chronographs you'll notice that those numbers are frequently cut of.

DEFENITELY when we look at the 2512, which is the ancestor of the 5070.

The 2512 was a split second chrono made in the 1950's and had a 45mm diameter.

so if the 2512 was made this way, the 5070 must look the same :-)
