During our holidays in Switzerland we visited Bucherer in Luzern.
They have a special salesroom only for Rolex watches.

Most important to me:
The salespeople and the watchmaker in the repairshop were very amiable although we stood there in shorts and sport shoes and asked for checking the watertightness of the watch of my wife.
She was told not to swim with her Rolex until the gaskets were new.
