The watch is a plexi GMT, reference 16750.
It is the successor to the 1675, visually the 1675 and 16750 watches are almost identical, but the 16750 has a newer caliber which includes quick set.
The serial number of this particual 16750 is 74XXXX, meaning it is from 1982.
