Hong Kong, LV und ich.... Viele Pics!
Hallo zusammen,
da ich mit meiner Frau für eine Woche im Urlaub war und
mir während des Trips noch eine Freude bereiten konnte,
möchte ich Euch auf eine kleine Reise mitnehmen.
Schliesslich verbringt man ja eine Menge Zeit in den
diversen Foren, findet Hilfe und nette Kontakte, da aber
das Fachwissen anderswo deutlich groesser ist, halte ich
mich mit Beitraegen oft zurueck und moechte mit diesem
Thread mal meinen Beitrag leisten und Danke sagen fuer
die Hilfe und Tips die ich im Laufe der Zeit so erhalten habe.

Richtig, in der Uhrenhaupstadt!(Zumindest was die Verkaufszahlen angeht).
Unser Hotel war das Langham Place Hotel Mongkok. Noch recht
neu und absolut empfehlenswert. Ist zwar ein wenig noerdlich,
aber in ein paar Minuten ist man mit MTR oder Taxi z.B. am
Star Ferry Pier(Taxi ca. 30HKD ~ 2,50€). Top Service und Zimmer.
Zum Hotel gehoeren noch eine recht grosse Mall und ein
Buerocenter(hoechstes Gebaeude von Kowloon).

Chow Tai Fook ist wohl die groesste Konzi-Kette in Hong Kong
mit gefuehlten 100 Geschaeften, gibt es da an fast jeder Ecke.
Sie verkaufen teilweise nur Rolex und Tudor(so sind zumindest
die Schaufenster dekoriert, plus Schmuck. Im Inneren gab es aber
auch mal andere Marken.

Gerade faehrt der Chef von Hong Kong vor. Ist nur Spass, aber kam
mit Fahrer und Bodyguard in seinem Bentley vorgefahren.
Kennzeichen LY1. Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, sind diese
niedrigen Nummernschilder ein Indiz fuer eine hoeher gestellte
Persoenlichkeit der Hongkonger Gesellschaft.(Wahrscheinlich
kosten sie aber einfach nur eine Menge mehr )

Disneyland. Aber immer noch besser als am Flughafen rumzuhaengen –
