Louis Brandt's andere company

Omega and Helvita where both brands of Louis Brandt & Fils.
Louis Brandt had a second company named ''La Generale''
In 1895 they (LB&F) moved several names including Helvita to that second company.
That is where they seperate, back in 1895...

In 1906 Louis Brandt&Fils ended their connection with ''La Generale'' and ''La Generale'' became.....The General Watch Company..
