Second 16660 just in. Some questions:
I just received my second 16660 Sea-Dweller, this time a Mark 2 from 1981 (7 mill. serial). Compared to my MArk 1 I think the gas escape valve sits very low into the case. I appologize for the crappy pix, but you should be able to see it "sink" into the case instead of matching the curve of the case. On my MArk 1 it fits perfectly, however the case of the Mark 1 has had the case buffed, whereas this Mark 2 looks unbuffed. Is this...normal??

Also, the serialnumber of the case is printed on the inside of the bracelet clasp. Not seen this before...or never paid attention to this deail before. Is this normal??
I appologize if the pix do not show, but I don't quite understand how to post pix here.
More pictures here showing the recessed valve:
I am getting mixed answers. Some say it looks pretty normal, other claim the gas escape valve has not been properly screwed in.
