Provence, Cote d'Azur und Mont Blanc Revisited / 2016 Achtung: MODEMBURNER
Auch in diesem Jahr hat es uns Ende Mai nach Südfrankreich gezogen. Der Start unserer Tour war allerdings etwas holprig, da am Morgen des Abreisetages das vollgepackte Auto nicht ansprang. Also schnell mit dem Kombi überbrückt und in die Werkstatt gefahren. Die Ladekontrolle zeigt während der Fahrt knapp unter 14 Volt; also sollte die Lichtmaschine O.K. sein. Vielleicht nur die Batterie platt?

Glücklicherweise hatte wirklich nur die Batterie den Geist aufgegeben. Während wir einen Kaffee schlürften und Neuwagen bestaunten, wurde ein neuer Akku eingebaut. Rechnung wird zugeschickt, vielen Dank, und mit 1 ½ Stunden Verspätung gings dann endlich los.
Die verlorene Zeit musste natürlich aufgeholt werden, und so mussten leider ein paar mehr Insekten als normalerweise ihr Leben lassen...

Leider war under Hotel in Sospel ziemlich shyce. Nach zwei von geplanten vier Nächten haben wir in unserer nächsten Unterkunft angerufen um uns zu erkundigen, ob wir eher kommen dürfen. Naturellement durften wir, avec plaisir sogar. Also ausgecheckt, und durch Italien ’gen Mont Blanc gefahren.
Da die gemeine italienische Autobahntanke kein Super+ führt, musste ich kurz vor der französischen Grenze dann eher dringend Kraftstoff nachfüllen. Ich weiß, daß wir uns hier in einem Forum befinden, welches sich mit reinem Luxus beschäftigt. Aber bei € 1,798 für den Liter vom Besten musste ich dann doch erst mal schlucken...

An die Dinger vom Dessert-Buffet konnte ich mich noch vom letztjährigen Besuch erinnern: die Basis ist ein s.g. Hippenteig, gefüllt mit Vanillecreme und belegt mit frischen Himbeeren. Davon so 3 oder 5 zum Kaffee...
