Help needed with Tudor Snowflake

I have been on the look out for one of these black dialed snowflakes for a while now. This one has been offered to me. The details are as follows: Reference 7016/0, year: 1968.

I have a few concerns regarding the dial. 1st there is no T on either side of the SWISS at the bottom...is this OK? Secondly from the images, the lumes at 3, 7 & 8 o'clock look irregular.

Also did the 7016/0 come with the snowflake dials?

Finally if I was to source an oyster bracelet for it, what would be the correct reference?
