Hey gang!
It's been a busy, tiring weekend as Karen and I welcomed two new family members! Karen has been wanting to get a dog for a couple of years now...she'd feel better when I'm traveling have a dog in the house. I resisted for about a year, but have been softening to the idea this past year, and we went looking at various shelters and pet stores, trying to get an idea as to what breed we wanted. Karen's first pick was either a Labrador or Golden Retriever. We located a breader locally who had a couple of 10 week old puppies left from a litter, and were AKC certified from a good blood line. When we got there, it was clear this brother and sister weren't about to be broken up, so I bought 'em both. I named the male dog (the darker of the two) Hans (after Hans Wilsdorf of course! See, the post isn't entirely unrelated to Rolex!), and Karen named the female, Lady. Meet Hans and Lady!!
