Isn’t the blue color different from the WG model 116619?

It's all a matter of perspective and lightning. Saw the WG these days at
the shop window of my local AD and the blue bezel had the same dark
blue impression like on these photos. Looking at it in the show room, it
turned to the brighter blue.

Could it be that it looks darker because of the YG font on the bezel and dial?

Yep Joe, that´s what I thought... It might look brighter with the white numbers on the bezel.

No, not really. I’m waiting for the new 116613LN :gut:
The only all precious metal Rolex I REALLY want is the Platinum Day-Date II …….. but it’s a bit pricey :grb:

Cool! Glad you prefer the Day-Date II over the Day-Date =)

So do I. But I´d buy Patek annual calendars or Lange Chronos before I buy a platinum Rolex.

To me, Rolex watches are relatively cheap and made of steel. If I wanted to spend big money on a watch, it would be something nicer ;)
