Thanks for the link John.

I am perfectly fine with all modifications to current Rolex models. I wouldn´t get a re-paint for a PN-Daytona-dial or replace a nice tritium dial in a 1665 SD with an SL dial.

Changing the clasp or caseback on a current production watch, however, ist perfectly fine with me.

Looking forward to seeing more! =)

Best-
Nico

Thanks guys! I don't think I'd make dial mods to my watch either NicoH. That would, in my mind, make the watch look fake. =(

John, there is a current thread in the German part of RLX with pictures of the new Daytona clasp: Click here (http://www.r-l-x.de/wbb2/thread.php?threadid=81174&sid=)

The Daytona now obviously has the same clasp as the GMT-II which supposedly is even easier to handle :gut:

Interesting! I bought a new Daytona last week and haven't even taken it out of the box...I'll have to check the clasp when I get back from Tokyo on Sunday. :D

Great article, John. :gut:
I prefer to keep my watches in stock condition.
Kind regards
