We just celebrated the US Labor Day holiday this weekend, but I did some work by the pool and decided to snap a few photos while I was at it. So excuse this slightly off-topic post...but at least it's a German pen, and I do include some Rolex talk too. ;)
My initial impressions of the pen (when arrived last week) are quite favorable. It's a VERY thick, heavy pen, and writes quite well. I love the floating logo cap too. The resin portion of the watch has a very iridescent quality, not unlike the dial on a 16613 two-tone blue Submariner. You don't notice it as much in indoor lighting, but outside, BANG! The pen really has some flash.
This is my first "fine liner" - very smooth. I think I do like the way it writes better than my ballpoint Montblanc Meisterstuck.
