I´d say make that 2010 - in 2008 we had the 18k, so we might get the two-tone next year and the SS in 2010...

Anyway, the pic looks great but I doubt that Rolex makes a red Sub again... I´d be quite happy to see it, though... ;)

This watch should be real soon.

But as usual, RSA will reject this opportunity to do themselves AND the "valued customers" a big favour.

Retrodesign models can be a success as e.g. Volvo with the C30 has shown (remake of the famous "Snow White's coffin" P1800).

But who can us help to break the mental barrier in the heads of the Rolex-decission-makers.

In my opinion it is pretty sure a sub like this is coming, i think it's only a matter of time. 2009 for the 2-tone version and 2010 for the all steel version sounds very reasonable to me.
I only have some doubts about the red writing on the dial and the polished center links on the bracelet, but looking at the newly released gold subs at Baselworld i think the new steel sub will be very close to the one in the picture, if not allmost exactly like it!
