Rolex state that the new Deep Sea SD has been developed with assistance from Comex. Will we soon see DSSD model's with comex on the dial?

I think that they mention the name Comex mostly for marketing reasons!
They know the name sells, and that it seems to have a magical attraction to some people who appear to be very sensitive for this word.
Just my 2cents.

Well, I thought the same. But the 9 position at the outer case would be ok.

There is lot of space on the bezel between the digits. Comex fits in more then once. ;)

Yeah, but besides some freaks (i.e. us :D) who cares? Well, more people than I thought? I just can't imagine that the average Rolex-buyer has even heard of COMEX before ... but now they do ... might give another boost to the vintage COMEX watches :rolleyes:

due to the notch effect, i'd rather not engrave anything on the watch that wasn't initally planned. Would be a bad thing if your watch breaks in that depth and you'll be late for dinner :rofl:
