Picked up my project watch from my local "Rolex Spa"...wow, do they do nice work:

She's got a brand new crystal, and a brand new 93150 Oyster on. I've never personally seen markers this clean and white before.

The movement was completely serviced (clean, oil, adjust) and the case pressure tested...it's practically a brand new watch again. :jump:

Thanks guys - I am proud that I've rescued this and a couple of other vintage Rolex models and gotten them in good shape again. These watches are timeless treasures which should be preserved! :gut:

Glad to see that worked out!
I still got the 15th marked in my calendar, though, and again: we should stay in contact for that ;)

Absolutely! Do you think others in that region might be interested?
Sure - I could ask around here.
Would you want to meet up in Dresden or should we meet in Glashütte while you´re there? How about the GO tour for RLX members? Do you have any plans about the tour yet?

I'm going to have some meetings with Lange and will likely meet with and tour GO while I'm there. I'll be staying in Dresden so it would likely be easier for me to meet in Dresden. It certainly would be nice to touring about in Dresden as I've never been there before. :]

I'm just hoping for some above freezing temperatures and some sun shine so I can walk around outside. :]
We´ll work something out for you.
I´ll get back to you with suggestions after the weekend. You should still have access to the forum on Monday and Tuesday, right?

Monday yes. And Tuesday your time, yes. I leave Tuesday afternoon (EST) and arrive in Dresden Wed. morning. My business there will take place Wed. evening, Thursday, and Friday.
I should have Internet access while I'm there. Hopefully. :] I'll shoot you my cell number before I leave.
