Sorry, I have no idea and I have never learned much about Tudor watches but yours looked quite nice with the nicely aged tritium and the domed plexi :gut:

Jason,

determining the age of a Tudor is not as straightforward as with a Rolex. The serial number alone will not do this. You may be best off calling Rolex. If you need the numbers, send me a PM and I will give them to you.

Regards, Boris

Beautiful understatement - I admit, I am not such a big Tudor fan, but this one is tempting.

;)

Enjoy,

The dial is wonderful but the main hands were changed by the previous owner ...
So the hands colours are not perfect ...
And now, the photo :

Thank you.
Do you think, it s a bad idea to paint the index and the hands in white as original ?
Or will it make me loose some value on the watch ??

NicoH
21.02.2008, 11:05
I don´t know anything about watches and value but I wouldn´t do it.

The watch is really nice as it is. If you wanted white markers, you´d have to get a new watch I am afraid. Old watches look old ;)

By the way, most people prefer this vintage look. Keep it as it is.

A friend said to me that the good name of this watch was "tudor square with wnakehead" and not "snowflake" which is the next reference with the hour hand without the mercedes logo.

What do you think about it ?

So, thank you bullibeer, now I can imagine how happy you can be with your Milsub, when i wear my tudor sub.
