Without a doubt, my Sea-Dweller gets the majority of wrist time. This is mainly due to the fact that I usually put it on first thing in the morning when I work out, then again when I come home from the office at night. Because I usually wear a suit to the office, I don't wear as much out during the week (maybe a couple of times a month) but it usually sees some weekend wear.

Now, the funny thing is, even though I treat the watch as something of a "beater" it really is in fantastic shape! The bracelet and clasp show very little wear, and the bezel is pristine! A testiment to the robustness of the Sea-Dweller. :gut:

So, what Rolex in your collection gets the most wrist time and why?

Well, mine has to be the Submariner since itīs the only Rolex I have ;)

http://www.hoene.de/random/sublb16.jpg

I donīt wear it to the office that much but - just like you, John - I usually strap it on after I get home, and I wear it on the weekends as well as to sports events or when I get to play with my niece and nephew.

Itīs definitely the watch I wear most. Itīs almost two years old and it also doesnīt show much wear (unlike Hannesī SD ;) ).

Best-
Nico

I change all the watches in complete irregular intervalls. I dont know when to change. If the feeling of sudden boringness (correct?) hits me, then another watch will be taken out of the box. In sommer more than in winter, cause activities in which a watch would disturb me appear only in sommer. ;)

I have been surprised at Rolex new ceramic GMT, it has become my daily wear watch for the last 5 months.. but otherwise my 6265 on a strap or omega speedy (Ed White),

Boy it's a toss up for me.

Either a 1680,

or the 116710,

I'm surprised at how popular the new GMT is as a daily wearer....I would think those polished links make it less appealing for a daily driver. But its a great looking watch, no question. :gut:

I'm also a little surprised the SD and not the Sub seems to be the favorite of the majority those who have responded.

The SD is imho the better sub. :D

In any case - SD, the dayly rocker...

Before it was my DJ, but the first large scratch across a horn was shocking me, so I bought the SD and this is lokking better with every scrath ;)
