SeaDweller : What's the full "M" serie package?

As i posted before, i've just been delivered of my SD ("M" serie) this morning.
But, I not sure of which goodies should come with the SD. :grb:
Could you tell me please?

* box
* outer Box
* two booklets (Submariner und Your Rolex)
* certificate in green card holder

Depending on your AD you will get
* green tag
* chronometer tag
* plastic bezel ring

Normally you do not get a Toolkit and a anchor anymore. In some countries even no calendar.
