I think there is a difference between the tax rates in Switzerland and Germany. For the new GMT i expect for Germany a selling price off approx. 5.000 €.

The difference is "only" 11.4%

Switzerland 7.6%
Germany 19 %

Even with the lower taxes the prices in general in Switzerland are much higer than in Germany.
