Which are the best sites for Patek ?
I know ofcourse The purists and Timezone but what do I miss ?

Are there 'bigger' Patek sitesbecause the 2 named above have an average of less than 10 posts per day :(

Well, what do you expect? ;) There's only a few patek owners out there - and they're probably busy earning the money to obtain the next watch instead of wasting their time :D I doubt there's another patek-forum out there with more participation.

Or ... are Patek collectors more modest and do the prefer NOT showing their watches ?

Panerai makes about 40000 watches per year and we have a zillion forums about them. Paneristi for example is very active.
Patek makes about 30000 watches per year.
I know they are a lot more expensive but the quantity is almost in the same range.
