The Yellow Gold MOP Roman-Numerals Daytona

The automatic Daytona is becoming one of the most eagerly sought after watches by collectors, especially in-house movement examples with unusual dials. This watch has a very seldom seen yellow mother of pearl dial, with applied Roman numeral hour markers. These dials are very similar to the iconic Daytona Beach dials, but in yellow gold. The watch is in very good condition, probably having been worn only a handful of times – the gold has taken on very warm almost red coloured patina. The original navy blue leather crocodile strap is present and the 116518 stamped yellow gold deployment clasp. The punched guarantee papers indicate that the watch was sold in Switzerland in 2001 and the relevant booklets (Rolex Daytona, translation papers and Your Oyster) are also part of the package. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker and will be accompanied by a strap of your choice from our webshop*.
