Restaurants in Parma und Florenz

Liebe Gemeinde

am Samstag früh geht es mit dem Auto von Zürich nach Parma und dann am Montag weiter nach Florenz.

Da wir in beiden Städten das erste Mal sind würde ich mich über Restaurant Tipps freuen. Auch sehr gerne für die Toskana generell, da wir mobil sind und sicherlich auch ein wenig rumfahren werden.

Florenz:
Trattoria Cammillo.
Borgo S. Jacopo 57/r

Spitzen Bistecca Fiorentina.
Reservierung ist sehr anzuraten.
Sonst steht man, so wie ich, 40 min vor ser Tür und wartet auf einen Tisch.
Äusserst authentische Küche.
Der Tip ist von einem Einheimischen gewesen und ich war dort letztes Jahr etwa zu dieser Zeit.
Kann morgen mak Bilder von dem Essen suchen.

Wie weit ist es denn nach Florenz von Parma?

In Parma war ich einen Abend und hab, mich da gar nicht wohl gefühlt.... :ka:. In guter Erinnerung ist mir allerdings das Ristorante San Barnaba (http://www.ristorantesanbarnaba.it/en/) geblieben :ea: :dr:.

Ist eher einfacher. Laut, eng, heiß und evben nicht nur Touris.
Aber billig war's nicht.

Wenn's billig sein soll, dann bitte ins Mostodolce.

Brauen selber Bier und die Pizza ist sehr gut.
Zum Fußballgucken super. (Wenn man für das richtige Team schreit. :D )

It is located at ground floor or our building.
Chef/owner Mr. Roberto Pongolini until few year ago had a restaurant with 1 Michelin star in a village near Parma.
In May 2014 he opened Borgo 20.
It looks like a french bistrot with an atmosphere more informal that previous restaurant.
Kitchen is typical but version is talented.
He make even a special pizza (5 days rising, result is fantastic) with high-quality ingredients.

It is far 5 minutes walking from PIO.
Well-attended osteria where you can taste fantastic traditional Parma cured pork meats hand-crafted by little family producer and a typical kitchen very well done (Tortelli stuffed with herbs and ricotta or with pumpkin must be tasted).
In Parma kitchen there is an ancient tradition in horse meat and this is the best place to taste it.

It is far 2 minutes walking from PIO.
Parmesan typical kitchen and seafood (their specialty).

All 3 restaurants are very well-attended and considered little dimensions (about 30 peoples each one) it is necessary to reserve in advance.
