Red Bull x-fighter

...dahinter verbirgt sich die "Kunstflugtruppe" der Motocross-Biker. Dies soll keinesfalls abwertend klingen, denn was die Jungs da abliefern, ist sensationell. Dennoch...ich habe bis dato nur ein paar Videos auf YouTube gesehen und aehnlich wie bei dem RB Airrace, wird die Sache fuer die nicht-insider irgendwann etwas langweilig, da die Spruenge sich alle irgendwie aehneln.

Das Welt-Finale fand heute in Abu Dhabi statt. Auf grossen Videowaenden wurde einem die Rennserie gut erklaert - es gibt insgesamt 5 Rennen, die ueber die Weltkugel verstreut stattfinden.
Der Modus hier in Abu Dhabi bestand aus 4 Viertelfinalen, von denen sich nur der Sieger qualifiziert - es gibt keine Trostrunde. Da 10 Teilnehmer da waren und es gestern eine Vorqualifikation gab, bei der sich die besten 7 behauptet haben, kaempften 3 Fahrer um den 8. Platz.
Fuer die Bewertung gibt es eine Jury, die die Fahrer nach 5 Kriterien beurteilt....wer insgesamt die meisten Punkte hat, kommt weiter.

Ich habe ziemlich viele Bilder gemacht, von denen auch viel Ausschuss dabei ist....da ich gerade erst zurueck bin, erstmal nur 4.

Was die Jungs da abliefern, ist mit Krass echt unterbewertet.

Habe die mal vor Jahren live in der Festhalle in FFM gesehen. Der absolute Hammer, kommt auf Bildern leider nicht annähernd so rüber wie live, auch wenn man es ahnen kann.

Danke fürs Erinnern, war ein cooler event.

Danke, ein paar habe ich noch....kommen morgen. Die trainieren viele Jahre und springen u.a. mit den Maschinen in leere Schwimmbecken, die mit Schaumstoff gefuellt sind.
