...oder besser 56 Stunden schlemmen - gut, geschlafen haben wir auch und ein paar "Bergtouren" waren es ebenfalls, aber im Großen und Ganzen ging es hier ums Essen.

Lyon - die meisten kennen diese Stadt nur von der Durchreise oder als kurze Zwischenstation bei ihrer Reise an die Cote d'azur - großer Fehler, was für eine bezaubernde Stadt, die so viel zu bieten hat.

EADS, Interpol und ein großes Krebsforschungszentrum haben ihren Sitz hier und daher gibt es tagtäglich gute Flüge aus München und aus vielen anderen deutschen Städten.

Unser Hotel auf der Presqu'ile direkt am Place Bellecour mit diesem Ausblick (Kilometer 0) - la coeur de Lyon entre Saone et Rhone.

herrlich diese Traboules - recht spärlich beleuchtete Durchgänge zwischen den Häusern, mit Innenhöfen und verwinkelten Korridoren. Sie dienten früher als Abkürzungen und auch um die Stoffe, Seiden vor der Witterung zu schützen. Heute sind einige auch für Touristen zugänglich. Die Bewohner haben ein Abkommen mit der Stadt, Ihre Eingänge aufzuschliessen und im Gegenzug übernimmt die Stadt die Säuberung und die Beleuchtung.

schon ein wenig aufgeregt ging es dann nach Collonges au Mont d'Or, in die L'Auberge du Pont de Collonges - ins Restaurant von Paul Bocuse, welches seit 1965 seine 3 Michelin Sterne hält.

Viel gelesen und erst neulich einen Bericht auf Arte gesehen war ich schon sehr gespannt was einen hier erwarten wird. Klappern gehört zum Handwerk und ich denke er hat alles richtig gemacht, auch wenn er sicher ein bisschen als Spinner bezeichnet wird - aber nur so kannst Du in dieser Branche Geld machen.

und noch ins Musee des Beaux-Arts, welches in einem alten Benediktinerkloster des 17.Jh. untergebracht ist. Eine Oase der Ruhe mitten im Stadtzentrum, der Kreuzgang mit Skulpturen von Rodin und ein nettes Cafe im 1.Stock zum Mittagessen.

und nochmal zum Abschluss in die Altstadt ins "aux trois maries" eines der ältesten Bouchons der Stadt am Place de la Baleine.

Der Name Bouchon kommt daher, dass früher ein Korken über der Tür hing und jeder erkennen konnte, hier gibt es Wein zum Essen.

ich habe mal gelesen, dass so 2 Monate im Voraus notwendig sind. die Salons sind dann für größere Gesellschaften.
Denke aber, dass sie recht flexibel bei der Stellung sind. Neben uns in der Galerie am Ende war noch ein Zweiertisch, auf den Fotos steht unser Tisch in der Mitte
