Australia - fourth time. we do it again :-) :-) :-) :-) to West Coast

Hier kennen ja Gott sei Dank alle das Thema "süchtig sein" :D und da wir so unter uns sind, wollen wir Euch auch wieder virtuell auf unsere neue Tour nach West Australia mitnehmen :jump:

Alles gebucht ;), am 8.12.12 hebt der Flieger Richtung Dubai ab und fliegt uns dann weiter bis Perth als Ausgangspunkt der Tour.
Da es ja hier zwischenzeitlich recht herbstlich anmutet und bei uns nach der Buchungsaktion (Wir planen die Reisen immer komplett individuell, das hieß diesmal 3 Tage suchen, vergleichen und buchen per www) bereits die Vorfreude steigt, wollen wir Euch und uns bis Anfang Dezember schon mal einen Rückblick gönnen.

Die Etappe von Perth nach Albany begann mit Regen, der sich zu einem echten Schlechtwettergebiet mit massenhaft Regen und vielen Gewittern mauserte, was selbst hier zu dieser Jahreszeit noch niemand erlebt hatte.
Von 35 C runter auf 17 C 8o

Mit der Fahrt nach Esperance wurde auch endlich das Wetter etwas freundlicher und auch die Fotos wieder größer .... die letzten sind doch mit dem vielen Regen beträchtlich geschrumpft....:grb:;)

In Esperence gibt es eine tolle lange Jetty und dort ist " Sammy " öfters anzutreffen, aber seht selbst. Und es gibt vor allem wunderschöne Strände und herrliche Natur:gut:.

einige Impressionen von der Strecke Esperance -> Kalgoorlie stundenlanges Fahren mit ganz viel Bush und Temperaturen von über 40 Grad :rolleyes:

Züge gibt bis zu einer Länge von 2,5 Kilometern 8o

Kalgoorlie ist eine Goldgräberstadt, die einen auch heute noch etwas vom alten Goldrausch spüren lässt, wenn auch inzwischen eine Mine mit modernstem Equipment - die Super Pit - entstanden ist. Die größte Goldmine Australiens - gigantische Ausmaße, wenn man am Rand der Mine steht, die Megabagger sehen im Krater eher wie Spielzeug aus.:gut:

Hai Alarm, der ganze Strand gesperrt - 13 Tiger Sharks im Wasser - den halben Tag flogen die Helikopter (shark spotter) und per Boot wurde alles kontrolliert. 35 Grad und keiner darf ins Wasser :rolleyes:
Ein Surfer war abends im TV zu sehen und erzählte, er ist gerade noch aus dem Wasser gekommen - also Aktion der ganz speziellen Art.

Immer wieder gibt es Neues zu entdecken auch an Orten, wo man schon war und Australien ist ein einzigartiger Kontinent mit zig Facetten.
