What year? Original dial?

Hi, John
i just checked the serial on the minty certificate.
Its a 3.037 mio. # indicating the years 71/72 as period of case production.
In fact the watch was sold in 1973.
As this is a very clean first owner set i rate the dial as absolute original,
but have no clue what exactly the "Mark" is.
